What’s it really like working for me?
I’ll be honest…
It’s not for everyone.
I move fast. I set high standards. I expect people to take ownership, communicate openly, and care about the details. I’ll challenge you because I believe you’re capable of more than you think.
Some people find that uncomfortable.
Others thrive in it.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect effort, accountability and a willingness to learn. If you make a mistake, we’ll work through it. If you don’t care, that’s a different conversation.
I believe leadership isn’t about doing everything yourself. It’s about building people who can eventually do things better than you.
When someone joins our business, I’m not just hiring them for the role they’re starting in. I’m looking at where they could be in two, five or even ten years. That’s why we invest so heavily in training, mentoring and exposing our team to every part of the business.
I celebrate wins loudly. I give feedback directly. I make hard decisions when I need to because I owe that to the people who show up every day and give their best.
The expectations are high because I genuinely believe the opportunities are too.
Nothing makes me prouder than watching someone who started in an administration role become a leader, manage clients, run projects or build a career they never thought possible.
Our business has never been built on shortcuts.
It’s been built on relationships, trust, hard work and people who care.
So what’s it really like working for me?
It’s challenging.
It’s fast-paced.
It’s rewarding.
You’ll be pushed.
You’ll be supported.
And if you’re willing to embrace the journey, I promise you’ll leave stronger, more capable and more confident than when you started.
That’s the culture I’m proud to lead at DTMF Group.
