ASBA Glenelg -Riding the Way conference in South Australia!

So excited to be at the Association of School Business Administrators (ASBA) Glenelg -Riding the Way conference in South Australia!

Dennis and I really enjoy these opportunities to meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones and continue building genuine relationships with School Managers across the education community.

One of the things I value most about attending these events is simply listening hearing what schools need, understanding what School Managers are looking for from their service partners, and learning where we can continue to do better.

I always walk away with new ideas and insights that make me think strategically about how we can improve our service model at DTMF Group not only for potential new clients, but importantly, how we can continue evolving and delivering a better service to the schools that already trust us.

There is always something to learn when you take the time to listen to the people you service.
